Shipping & returns

We typically ship UPS and USPS. 

  • Shipping timelines: We ship as soon as we can. Around the holidays, we are REALLY busy but we do try to keep up and get your order completed and shipped ASAP. The majority of items will be shipped within 3 working days (M-F) of us receiving the order.
  • Production Time: If your product is getting personalized (Vinyl monogram, custom tray, heat press, laser engraving, etc.), we try to get it out the door within 3 working days.
  • Warranty information: All items that have a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled by that vendor. We will try to assist where appropriate. Customization to items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns and exchanges procedure: Items that have been personalized can not be returned. Other items, unopened/unused. In new condition can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please call us @ (847)235-2573 or email and we will assist you. 
  • Possible delays and Fees: We do not make any money on shipping. Truthfully, we lose money when we ship. Once we drop off at the shipper, we can’t control how the box migrates the shipping universe and ends up at its final destination. The universe tends to work against those who are in a hurry. Order early and you’ll skip the stress.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
